2000
mediafinanz is founded under the name „Silversoft KG“. At this time, the most important business areas are online database applications which are programmed by a small developer team, for real estate brokers, for example.

2001
By order of the land Lower Saxony Silversoft establishes a comprehensive data base application for the online publishing of court decisions.

2002
In Spring 2002 the individually developed debt collection online system is released for a small circle of clients. By reason of the great reception on the market this system rapidly develops to the core business area.

2003
In Spring 2003 the name is changed to "mediafinanz GmbH & Co. KG". The name now accommodates for the importance of the business field collections and is registered as a brand name.

2004
The number of active clients increases to more than 2,000. Numerous co-operations for the integration of the MediaFinanz online collection system into existing enterprise resource planning systems are contracted.

2005
Meanwhile, more than 5,500 clients use the MediaFinanz services. The field creditworthiness is integrated into the client online system as an additional service.

2006
The number of clients increases to more than 7,000. Further services like address, company, heirs and telephone number detection are integrated into the client online system.

2007
Since January, the efficient mediafinanz SOAP interface offers the clients quick and safe exchange of data. In December, the company's magazine "mediafazit" is published for the first time.
