mediafinanz AG is Germany's first debt recovery management organisation to be TÜV (Technical Inspection Authority) tested and certified. The company is now firmly established in the sector, thanks to over ten years' experience as a pioneering supplier of web-based debt recovery services.

 

The name mediafinanz stands for the adoption of the role of mediator, acting as an arbitrator and settling differences in the event of financial disagreement between the creditor and debtor. In this function, mediafinanz AG has always taken into account the multifaceted interests of its approximately 20,000 customers while ensuring that debtors meet their financial obligations in the short term. These procedures should, however, also be designed to preserve the relationship between the debtor and creditor.
